Our Process

Every campaign is custom-built, from concept to launch. Here’s how we make it happen:

1. Discovery & Strategy

We start by getting to know your brand, goals, and audience. We’ll talk through what you want to achieve, who you want to reach, and what success looks like. From there, we develop a creative and media strategy designed to meet those goals — whether that’s boosting awareness, launching a product, or driving direct engagement.

2. Ideation & Storyboarding

This is where your campaign starts to take shape. Our creative team develops the concept, script, and storyboard, outlining what your ad will look and feel like, shot by shot. We collaborate closely with you at this stage to make sure every detail aligns with your vision, message, and tone.

We’ll also identify any production needs, such as filming locations, on-screen talent, voiceovers, music, or animation, to make sure everything is scoped and budgeted correctly.

3. Production

Once the creative is approved, we move into production. Whether it’s a full video shoot, a radio spot, or a digital campaign, our team oversees all aspects of production:

  • Filming & Recording: Capturing visuals, audio, and interviews.

  • Editing & Post-Production: Refining footage, sound, and effects into a polished final product.

  • Design & Copywriting: Creating supporting graphics, visuals, and ad copy for all platforms.

Relentless manages the production budget transparently — covering all direct costs (videography, editing, location, talent, etc.) while maintaining agency oversight to ensure quality and efficiency.

4. Review & Approval

Before anything goes live, we share all creative assets for review and approval. Clients receive early drafts and final versions via secure links (Dropbox, Vimeo, or our internal YouTube channel).

We welcome feedback and revisions — because your input helps us fine-tune the final message. Once you sign off on the finished ad, we prepare all assets for delivery to your selected media outlets.

5. Media Planning & Buying

With the creative finalized, we put your campaign plan into action. Our media planners identify the best channels and negotiate the most effective placements across TV, radio, streaming, social media, print, and outdoor.

We manage the entire buy, ensuring your ads run on schedule and within budget. 

6. Launch & Delivery

Your campaign goes live, and we make sure it’s executed flawlessly. We monitor placements, confirm delivery with each outlet, and provide post-campaign reports so you can see exactly where and how your message performed.
