Job Description:
We are seeking a Production Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record of being creative and working under tight deadlines for photo and video production.
Responsibilities:
• Meet with clients in pre-production to identify and understand their needs
• Storyboard to give clients graphic representation of how video will unfold
• Location scout and travel for client projects
• Equipment setup including video, audio, and lighting for pre-packaged, live, and event projects
• Capture creative content that meets client’s vision and fulfills their mission
• Catalogue footage to be easily archived and retrieved
• Edit on multiple systems including but not limited to: Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro X
• Work with graphic artists to embellish projects
• Export in required format for clients
• Additional functions as directed by Director of Production
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience.
- Demonstrated experience in leading successful public relations campaigns and managing a team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strategic mindset with an analytical approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
